OTRA — our story

Where it began

OTRA began as a small idea behind a deep-green door — a wish to build a room where the rituals of the table still mattered. What started as a handful of seats and a single wood-fired stove slowly became a place people returned to, season after season.

In the early years the menu changed with whatever the morning markets offered. Nothing was fixed; everything was felt. That instinct still guides the kitchen today.

The room grew, but the intent never did. Warm wood, low light, and a quiet confidence — a space designed to disappear so the food and the company could take the lead.
